Pre-Surgical Hypnosis

Using suggestions and imagery placed within the subconscious prior to surgery, clients report quicker recovery with better pain management. Typically two sessions within seven days prior to the surgery are all that is required.

Overcoming Negative Thought, Emotional and Behavioral Patterns

Many of have picked up negative patterns of thought that we repeat over and over again.  Some of these come from early childhood, others we’ve acquired in our adult lives based on circumstances that have occurred.  Most of these exist within the unconscious mind, without any conscious awareness of these patterns.  Through hypnosis, we can reveal and identify these thoughts and patterns, release them and replace them with more positive ways of dealing with our lives.

Reducing Fears and Anxiety

Improving Concentration and Focus

With the age of information overload that we live in it is easy to lose our concentration or focus.  Through hypnosis we can learn to block out distractions and obstacles and focus more intently on the tasks we are working to accomplish.  This is helpful for learning new information, for learning to do public speaking, etc

Improving Sports Performance

Studies have shown that the process of visualizing physical movements and practicing sports tasks can be nearly as effective as actually doing these movements and tasks.  Practicing these movements while in the hypnotic state can enhance this effect.  Adding post-hypnotic suggestions that focus on self-confidence and success can make the improvement even more dramatic.

Examining Other Lifetimes

What is usually referred to as past life regression is something I refer to as Other Life Experiences.  I don’t necessarily believe that other lifetimes occur in sequential order, i.e. first you experience a lifetime in ancient Egypt, then one in early Roman times, then 17th century France, then twentieth century United States, etc.  I have come to see that all lifetimes appear to be happening simultaneously.  All of these lifetimes appear to be connected to each other, sending vibrational echoes from one to another.  A traumatic experience in one, can affect others.  A healing or release in one can also affect the others.

People ask if what they experience when working with another lifetime is real or not.  I often will tell my clients that I have three main theories on this.  The first is that you are actually experiencing a lifetime you have already lived.  The second is that you are somehow tapping into a lifetime that someone else experienced.  The third theory is that you are making it all up.  The fascinating thing is that, in my experience working with clients, it doesn’t matter which one of these is correct.  What does matter is the emotional experience that the client has and the healing and/or release that is associated with that experience.
